Q3 How to plan and arrange the chartered itinerary?

Q6 How to calculate the overtime fee for chartered car?
The legal daily working hours are 8 hours. In order to make the trip more complete and enjoyable, we allow guests to end the day within 10 hours (between 9 am and 6-7 pm every day).
In order to ensure the safety of everyone's trip the next day and allow the driver to have more complete rest time, we took a taxi to pick up and drop off at restaurants and night markets in the city at night, and then returned to the hotel to rest after dinner in the mountainous area.

Q9 Can the deposit be refunded if I cancel the reservation temporarily?
*If canceled if notified 14 days (inclusive) before departure, a full refund will be given to the customer.
*If notified within 7 days (inclusive) before departure, the company will refund 50% of the fee and compensate for the administrative expenses related to dispatching the scheduled vehicle driver.
* If notified within 48 hours before departure, the company will not refund any fees and will compensate for the administrative expenses related to dispatching the driver of the scheduled vehicle.
*After the guest makes the reservation, if the itinerary cannot be completed due to the company's factors, the full refund will be given to the customer.
Q10 Can I quote the accommodation fee?
